摘要

Abstract

The flow model of combustion gas inside the perforation of stick gun propellant with narrow channel was established using reasonable simplifying assumptions. The numerical simulation of flow process of combustion gas inside the perforation of particular stick gun propellant with single perforation and length to diameter ratio (L/D) as 40 was carried out by solver in Fluent software. The velocity distribution and pressure distribution of combustion gas inside the perforation were simulated and analyzed under the conditions of given initial pressure and temperature. The results show that the flow velocity of combustion gas in the radial direction decreases gradually and the pressure increases from hole center to hole wall;In the axial direction, the velocity decreases and the pressure increases first, then the shock waves are suddenly formed at 10mm and transmitted along the axial direction with time, and tend to be stable after 5s. The pressure gradually increases and tends to be stable eventually.
