Effect of alcohol derivatives and some non-ionic surfactants on Trinder reaction
目的：观察醇类物质及部分非离子表面活性剂对Trinder反应的影响。方法：以醇类物质及非离子表面活性剂溶液为样本，进行Trinder反应实验。肉眼观察颜色变化，用全自动生化分析仪记录光密度值。同时观察非离子表面活性剂对尿酸检测的影响。结果：以乙醇、乙二醇、异丙醇、Triton X-100、Triton X-405、Tween20和NP40为样本的Trinder实验均产生紫红色颜色反应。这些物质水溶液的光密度值均随浓度增加而增加，非离子表面活性剂的…查看全部>>
