110例先天性晶状体半脱位病人的手术室护理
Operation room nursing experience of 1 1 0 cases of patients with congenital lens subluxation

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the surgical effect of two fixed models of tension ring implantation and in-traocular lens suture for patients with congenital lens subluxation,and summarize the nursing experience of op-erating room.Methods:A total of 110 cases of patients with congenital lens subluxation from February 2012 to May 2015 were included into the study.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,5 5 cases in each.The patients in control group were treated with tension ring implantation and the pa-tients in observation group received intraocular lens suture.At least 2 years of follow up after surgery,postop-erative visual acuity,intraocular lens shedding,low intraocular pressure and other complications were observed. On this basis,the nursing operation was summarized and formed the operation room nursing process.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the recovery of visual acuity between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).At one month after the operation,the ocular discomfort of patients in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant (P<0.05).After three months,there was no statistically significant difference in pain between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05),the incidence of low intraocular pres-sure in control group was significantly lower than that in observation group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05).The incidence of shedding of artificial lens in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).The incidence of incision leakage in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Both surgical methods could effectively improve the patients'visual acuity,in posterior dislocation and low intraocular pres-sure,two kinds of surgical methods had their own advantages and disadvantages,and the comprehensive assess-ment need to be carried out based on multiple factors in patients.At the same time,it could effectively reduce the risk of surgery to regulate the operation room nursing operation and improve the level of medical and nurs-ing cooperation.关键词
