西帕依固龈液在脑卒中病人口腔护理中的应用效果
Application effect of Xipayi solid gingival fluid for oral care of patients with stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of xipayi solid gingival fluid oral care of patients with stroke. Methods:A prospective study was performed in stroke patients from neurological department of Changhai hospi-tal from June 2015 to December 2015.According to the order of admission,a total of 100 patients with stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each.The patients in observation group were treated with Xipayi solid gingival fluid,and the patients in control group used saline solution for oral care.Indicators about bad breath,oral comfort and oral infection were observed and recorded on the third day and the seventh day after nursing,and the effect of oral care in both groups was analyzed.Results:After third days and seventh days nursing respectively,the improvement of bad breath and oral comfort were better in ob-servation group than those in control group (both P<0.05),and the oral infection rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xipayi solid gingival fluid could effec-tively improve oral comfort,prevent bad breath and oral infection in patients with stroke.关键词
