西帕依固龈液在脑卒中病人口腔护理中的应用效果OA
Application effect of Xipayi solid gingival fluid for oral care of patients with stroke
[目的]观察应用西帕依固龈液在脑卒中病人口腔护理中的临床效果。[方法]便利法选取长海医院神经内科需要口腔护理的脑卒中病人100例为观察对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用西帕依固龈液进行口腔护理，对照组采用生理盐水溶液进行口腔护理，分别在护理后第3天和第7天从口臭、口腔舒适度和口腔感染3个方面进行评价，观察比较两组病人口腔护理效果。[结果]观察组病人口臭的改善程度和口腔舒适度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，口腔感染发生率明显低于…查看全部>>
