高职老年护理专业护生核心能力现况及培养对策
Status quo of core competence of nursing students in Higher Vocational College and the Countermeasures

Abstract
Objective:To understand the status quo of core competence of nursing students in Senior Vocational Nursing,and so as to provide references for the better development of Senior Vocational Nursing education. Methods:A total of nursing students in Senior Vocational Nursing were investigated by using elderly nursing re-vised checklist.A total of 88 questionnaires,88 were recovered,the recovery rate was 100%,and there were 86 effective questionnaires,and the efficiency was 97.7%.Results:There was statistically significant difference in elderly nursing core competency score between 2013 grade and 2014 grade (P<0.05).The dimensions average score including critical thinking ability and research ability,clinical nursing ability,interpersonal relationship and personal professional development in 2014 grade was lower than those in 2013 grade.There was no statistically significant difference in average score of leadership,legal,ethical and educational instruction between both grades.Conclusion:Practice in clinic and the elderly institutions will help to enhance the analysis ability of nurs-ing students,clinical nursing ability,train their interpersonal skills,as well as deeper understanding their profes-sional development.关键词
