赣无系列19个油茶品系生长性状变异分析
A Variation Analysis of Growth Characters of Nineteen Clones of Camellia oleifera Group Gan

Abstract
19 clones of Camellia oleifera Group Gan were selected as the research object.The plant height, ground diameter,east-west crown width,north-south crown width,leaf length,leaf width,leaf aspect ratio,leaf area,all tegether eight growth characters were analyzed.The results indicated that in or among the different 19 clones and within the plant had different degrees of phenotypic variation. The repeatability was as follows:leaf width 0.95,leaf area 0.95,leaf length 0.93,leaf aspect ratio 0.88,east-west crown width 0.85,north-south crown width 0.83,plant height 0.69 and ground diameter 0.56.Meanwhile,the growth character variation coeffi⁃cients were as follows:east-west crown width 26.84%,north-south crownwidth 26.81%,leaf area 15.50%,leaf aspect ratio 15.49%,ground diameter 12.56%,plant height 11.03%,leaf width 10.69% and leaf length 7.12%;the analysis of variance and the multiple comparison results showed that every growth character among the 19 clones all had different degrees of variation,and the differences in the multiple growth characters of Ganwu11,Ganwu1,Ganwu2 and Gan8 compared with other clones reached a significant level;the analysis of the principal components of the 19 clones,indicated that Ganwu11,Ganwu1,Ganwu16,Gan8,Ganwu2 and Gan447 were of relatively high quality,followed by Ganwu15,Gan190,Ganfu20 and Ganshi84⁃3;the clustering analysis results showed that these 19 clones could be divided into five categories,moreover,the growth characters of Ganwu11, Ganwu1,Ganwu2 and Gan8 had a better performance.Taken together,the variation amplitude of the 19 clones was relatively large,and the levels of genetic diversity were relatively high.The results of this variation analysis provide reference for collection of germplasm resources and breeding of fine varieties.关键词
