摘要

Abstract

As it takes a long time for a operator to manual y change the cutting tools on the lathe tool rest, STC12C2052 single-chip processor is used as the control device to desigh control system for the rest. This system can be used to change the cutting tools au-tomatical y for the ordinary lathe, so as to save the tool change time and raise the processing efficiency. This system is control ed by a single-chip processor and it is different from the numerical control ed motor-driven turret system on a CNC machine. To ensure the safety, the tool change function buttons are designed to display the corresponding status information, so that the system safety and reliability are improved greatly.
