摘要

Abstract

In the tobacco industry, the production requirements for the diameter and roundness of cigarette filter rod are very high. Air flow test methods used in the original machine, due to its low measurement precision, and various constraint of environmental factors, is not used to implement the online control of the filter rod diameter. This paper introduces an optical CCD detecting system based on DSP, which is used to for the filter rod diameter defection. and briefly describes its structure and measuring principle, and the emphasis is put on the description of the CCD signal data acquisition, data processing and CCD curve formation based on DSP digital signal processor. In addition, the function of the CCD curve is il ustrated. Field application shows that the method us useful.
