95株致泌尿道感染大肠埃希菌耐药性及耐药基因表型分析
Analysis of drug resistance and genotyping of 95 Escherichia coli strains in the urinary tract infection

Abstract
Objective To investigate the genotype characteristics and the drug resistance of spectrum beta‐lactamase (ESBLs) producing Escherichia coli in the urinary tract infection (UTI) from Guangdong medical university .Methods The Escherichia coli that were collected from Jan .to Oct .2015 in hospitalized patients or outpatients with UTI .The ESBLs‐producing E .coli was con‐firmed by double‐disk synergy testing .The genotypes ESBLs were examined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) .Results Among 95 Escherichia coli strains ,there were 46 strains which carried the genotype of CTM‐M‐14 and there were 32 strains which carried the genotype of TEM ;there were 30 strains which carried the genotype of SHV ;there were 26 strains carried the genotype of CTX‐M‐1 ;there were 7 strains carried the genotype of OXA‐1 ;there were 4 strains carried the genotype of OXA‐2;there were 3 strains carried the genotype of OXA‐10 .There were 5 negative ESBLs strains carrying the genotype of TEM ,the rest ESBLs stains didn′t carried any other genotype .The resistant rates of positive ESBLs‐producing E .coli to various antibiotics were higher than negative ESBLs strains (except hydrocarbon enzyme) .However ,the resistant rates to 18 kinds of antibiotics of ESBLs‐producing E .coli which carried the genes among CTX‐M‐14 ,CTX‐M‐1 ,TEM and SHV had no significant differences(P>0 .05) .Conclusion The predominant genotypes of ESBL‐producing Escherichia coli in the UTI from Guangdong medical university are CTX‐M .The resist‐ant rates of ESBLs‐producing E .coli to various antibiotics are higher than negative ESBLs strains .The resistant rates of ESBLs‐producing E .coli which carried different genotypes to various antibiotics have no statistical differences .关键词
