摘要

Abstract

Objective To assess the the performance of two different brands of domestic chemiluminescence apparatus in detec‐ting thyroid hormone and to analyze the relationship of the tested results of two apparatus and Abbott (ARCHITECT plus i2000) system .Methods The concentrations of free triiodothyronine (FT3) ,free thyroxine (FT4) ,total triiodothyronine (TT3) ,total thy‐roid hormone (TT4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in patient serums were detected on three different brands of domestic chemiluminescence apparatus .Apparatus A and B were treated as experimental systems and Abbott (ARCHITECT plus i2000) was treated as control system ,the correlation between A ,B and the Abbott systems was assessed using comparative experiments .Results The correlation coefficient of all the indicators between A or B and the Abbott systems were higher than 0 .90(P<0 .001) .Con‐clusion All the results of thyroid function detected by A and B systems have good consistency with Abbott system .Comparison should be done in the assessment of relevance when tested items are simultaneously detected on two or more sets of system within the clinical laboratory so as to ensure the results are comparable .
