高频彩超、钼靶联合MRI对降低乳腺微小癌漏诊误诊率的价值分析

Abstract
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound ,mammography ,MRI and their combined ap‐plication in reducing the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of minimal breast cancer .Methods Results of ultrasonography , mammography and MRI of 54 cases (54 lesions) of minimal breast cancer confirmed pathologically were retrospectively analyzed . Results The missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rates of ultrasonography ,mammography and MRI were 25 .93% ,59 .57% and 11 .11% ,respectively ,and the rate of ultrasonography was significantly lower than that of mammography(P=0 .001) ,but which of ultrasonography had no significant difference with that of MRI(P=0 .21) .The missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rates of ultra‐sonography combined with mammography and ultrasonography combined with MRI were 8 .5% and 3 .7% ,which were significantly lower than single detection of ultrasonography or mammography alone(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The high frequency ultrasonography could be the preferred choice for diagnosing minimal breast cancer .Ultrasonography combined with mammography or MRI can ef‐fectively reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rates of minimal breast cancer .关键词
