苦参碱治疗对慢性病毒性肝炎患者血流参数影响的检验分析
Effect of matrine treatment on the blood flow parameters of patients with chronic liver disease

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of matrine treatment on the blood flow parameters of patients with chronic liver dis‐ease and to improve the curative effect .Methods Totally 176 cases with chronic liver disease were selected from December 2013 to January 2016 as the research subjects ,which were divided into the study group and control group ,88 cases in each group .All the subjects were given the intravenous drip of salvia miltiorrhiza injection adding to sodium chloride injection for 8 weeks .And control group was given intravenous drip of diammonium glycyrrhetate injection adding to sodium chloride injection ,while observation group was given intravenous drip of matrine adding to sodium chloride injection ,both the two group were observed for 8 weeks . And the changes of portal vein maximum blood flow velocity (MFV) ,blood flow volume (FV) ,inner diameter of portal vein (D) as well alanine aminotransferase (ALT) ,aspartate aminotransferase (AST) as well as total bilirubin (TBiL) were observed before and treatment .Results The efficiency and total effective rate of control group were 34 .09% and 79 .55% ,respectively ,which of the study group were 46 .59% and 90 .91% ,respectively .The differences between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0 .05) .And the differences of MFV ,FV and D in control group before and after treatment had no statistical significance(P>0 .05) . Differences of MFV ,FV and D of control group in patients with mild ,moderate and severe chronic liver disease had no statistical differences(P>0 .05) ,while which of the observation group had statistical significant difference before and after treatment(P<0 .05) ,and the differences of observation group after treatment in patients with mild ,moderate and severe chronic liver disease were statistically significant(P< 0 .05) .ALT ,AST and TBiL of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0 .05) ,in addition ,ALT ,AST and TBiL of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Matrine improves blood flow parameters of chronic liver disease ,which is the effective drug for the treatment of chronic hepatitis .关键词
