Abstract
Objective To analyze the perioperative risk factors and nursing countermeasures for patients with sleep apnea syn‐drome (SAS) .Methods Totally 126 patients with SAS were selected from June 2013 to June 2015 ,and which were divided to the study group (64 cases) and control group (62 cases) .The control group was given conventional nursing measures ,while the study group was given special nursing measures .The incidence of complications were compared between the two groups after the interven‐tion .Results Age ,marital status ,concomitants ,negative mental condition were the risk factors for SAS (P<0 .05) .After the im‐plementation of intervention measures ,rate of complications in control group (17 .7% ) was significantly higher than that of the study group (6 .3% ) (P<0 .05) .Conclusion There are many perioperative risk factors for patients with SAS .Providing targeted nursing measures for the patients may decrease the complication rate and promote the patients recovery .关键词
