强直性脊柱炎患者HLA-B27及基因亚型检测分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution of HLA‐B27 allele in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) by detec‐ting genetic subtypes .Methods The expression of HLA‐B27 antigen was analyzed by flow cytometry .Genetic subtypes of HLA‐B27 was determined by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction assay .Results The positive rate of antigen HLA‐B27 were 7 .1% (9/126) and 91 .4% (53/58) in healthy controls and AS patients respectively .There were four genetic subtypes in healthy controls :HLA‐B2703 ,2704 ,2705 and 2706 and three genetic subtypes in AS patients:HLA‐B2702 ,2704 and 2705 .Conclu‐sion HLA‐B27 is remarkably associated with AS .The prominent alleles are B2704 and B2705 .关键词
