尿道下裂个体化手术治疗探讨

Abstract
Objetive To evaluate the feasibility of individualized operations for hypospadias repairing. Methods A total of 98 cases undergoing individualized hypospadias repairing were analyzed.Results The o-verall success rate was 82.6%(81 /98),including MAGPI 92.8%(1 2 /1 3),Snodgrass 91 .6%(33 /36),Duck-ett 79.1 %(1 9 /24),Duplay 70.0%(1 4 /20)and Duplay plus Dukett 50.0%(2 /4).The postoperative compli-cations included fistula (n =6,6.1 %),urethral stricture (n =5,5.1 %)and dissatisfaction with penile ap-pearance (n =6,6.1 %). Conclusions The choice of surgical hypospadias repairing should be individual-ized.And the actual circumstances of chordee,location of meatus,growth of wrapping and glans penis are prima-rily considered.关键词
