顺铂序贯恩度胸腔热灌注治疗晚期肺癌恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of intrapleural injection of cisplatin and endostar combined with hyperthermia in the treatment for malignant pleural effusion. Methods: 55 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Pleural effusion of all patients was drained before treatment. The experimental group was given cisplatin 60 mg on day1 and day10 and endostar 45 mg on day 5 and day 15, and the control group was given the same treatment regimen except for endostar. The two groups were treated with hyperthermia after intrapleural injection twice a week. ResuIts:Among the 30 patients in the experimental group, 9 cases showed complete response (CR),19 cases partial response (PR), 2 cases stable disease (SD),and none progression of disease (PD). The overall response rate was 93.3%, and the disease control rate was 100%. Among the 25 patients in the control group,2 cases showed CR,20 cases PR,3 cases SD,and none PD. The overall response rate was 88%, and the disease control rate was 100%. There was significant difference in CR between the two groups (χ2=4.125,P=0.042). The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (χ2 = 5.110,P = 0.024). ConcIusion: Intrapleural injection of cisplatin and endostar combined with hyperthemia is superior to cisplatin alone combined with hyperthemia in treating malignant pleural effusion, and endostar does not increase the toxicity.关键词
