On the Culture Construction of Rule of Law in Universities
高校廉政文化建设有赖于法治的规制，有赖于与法治的互动和均衡发展。在高校构建法治型廉政文化的过程中，需要运用法治思维和法治方式来规范高校廉政文化的制度建设，使法治精神成为廉政文化建设的核心内容和理念，排除人治性因素的影响，从而保证廉政文化价值的实现。
The construction of a clean and honest university culture depends on the law ,which relies on the interaction and balance between the rule of law .Construction of rule-of-law culture in the university needs to use legal frameworks and legal methods to regulate the uni-versity integrity culture construction in order to exclude the rule-of-man factors ,making the legal?spirit become the core and idea of the construction of clean and honest university culture .
