云南省水利发展评价指标体系区域化研究
Regionalization of an evaluation index system for water conservancy development in Yunnan Province
摘要
Abstract
There were different characteristics of the water conservancy development in different areas of Yunnan Province .Dif‐ferentially established evaluation index systems of regional water conservancy development would better guide the regional wa‐ter conservancy construction ,and promote balanced and sustainable development of Yunnan Province .According to certain prin‐ciple of partition ,Yunnan could be divided into five areas .Adjustment of target values of the regional index was on the basis of province target ,and referred to the analysis of water conservancy development priorities in every area .The weight of each area was calculated using the comprehensive weighting method based on the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method . The water conservancy development level of five areas in 2013 was evaluated .According to the result of the evaluation ,sugges‐tions were put forward in view of every regional water conservancy development .关键词
