摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze internal fixation treatment thoracolumbar burst fracture screw rod system of clinical effect.Meth-ods:our hospital between January 2013 -December 2014, 38 patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture were treated as research object, through the x line piece or nuclear magnetic resonance ( NMR) imaging diagnosis.The application bar system internal fixation treatment of 38 patients, were observed before and after treatment results and vertebral body height and spinal nerve function index.Results:postoper-ative patients fanterior edge got a lot of improvement, the average height by preoperative recovery from38 2.%to 38.2%;Trailing edge height recovery from 76.7%to 98.2%;Cobb Angle improved significantly, compared with significant difference before and after the sta-tistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusoi n:the internal fixation treatment thoracolumbar burst fracture screw rod system the effect was good, and the operation of this method was convenient and reliable fixed, should have the high feasibility.关键词
