老年股骨远端骨折的治疗特点

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of the treatment of elderly patients with distal femoral fractures .Mte hods:28 ca-ses of distal femoral fractures were treated by surgical treatment.According to AO/ASIF classification, type A in 7 cases, type B in 5 ca-ses, type C in 16 cases.All patients were fixed with distal femoral locking plate, followed up for 1 to 2 years.Results:All fractures were healed,there was no fracture nonunion and fracture of the steel plate and screws.Conclusion:Elderly patients with osteoporosis, distal femoral fractures should be often comminuted and defect, and using distal femoral locking plate to fix distal femoral fractures might be an ideal method for treatment .关键词
