Abstract
Objective:To study the percutaneous locking compression plate ( P +E) +elastic intramedullary nail treatment with in-terlocking intramedullary nails +( N+E) elastic intramedullary nail treatment of the clinical effect of double fracture of the distal part of the tibiofibula.Methods:Selection in April 2013 ~April 2015 our hospital 40 cases of patients with fracture of distal tibiofibula double as the research object, according to the operation method of divided into steel plate and intramedullary nailing group, compared the thera-peutic effect of two groups of patients with complications.Results:Two groups of patients in the intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time, total crop, angular deformity comparison on P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:From the intraoper-ative blood loss, fracture healing time, postoperative joint function and activity, angular deformity was found that comprehensive compari-son of percutaneous locking compression plate +elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibiofibula distal double fracture has certain superiority, but should pay the interlocking intramedullary nail +elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of soft tissue was less or more period of tibiofibula fracture on advantages might be more obvious.关键词
