摘要
Abstract
This paper explains the origin and development process of HCD, alowing the designers to have a more profound understanding of the background and efforts made by the current design community. Under the guidance of its design principle, the article enumerates methods of the design process of new exploration of the three design organization, the IDEO, the DESIGN for AMERICA and Frog DESIGN, by summarizing the similarities, and putting forward and explain the flow characteristics of the four stages of HCD design to provide referable value for the designers engaged in related fields of HCD.关键词
