Studies on Categories and Programs Standardization of Urban Community Management and Service Facilities Configuration

Abstract
The paper selects representative cities as a typical case such as New York, Manhattan, Australia, Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and other cities in which community management and services standardization are typical. Through comparative analysis of categories and programs of facilities standards of community management and services, it suggests that it is need to strengthen the construction of the facilities standards of categories and programs characterized services nature and function, to strengthen services categories and programs construction for the old, the young, the sick, the weak, the disabled and other people who need help most, and to strengthen top-level design and long-term planning, focusing on construction of culture, education, sports, leisure, parks and other facilities and projects category.关键词
