Abstract
This paper conducts the comparative research between the Chinese national laws related to product defect and recall, including Product Quality Law, Tort Liability Law, Consumer Rights Protection Law and Commodity Flow Law (draft for comments), and the Regulations on Defective Auto Product Recall Management in auto product recall sector, to clarify the legal effect relationship, which contain the level of complementary, the extending extension, the conflict amended, so that the subject who relates to legal relationship of product defects and recalls can be more clear when they use the relevant legal provisions to exercise their powers, fulfill their obligations, or protect the rights.关键词
