Research on Calculating Model of Public Procurement Scale Acquired from GPA Party
摘要
Abstract
This paper builds an impact indicator system of procurement scale acquired from GPA party, proposes a simplified calculating model and applies the model to calculate the scale acquired in China. This model can be applied to the analysis of procurement market openness of GPA parties, the evaluation of effectiveness of GPA and so on.关键词
