Abstract
As a rapid economic growing region in North China, there is the uneven development between regional sit-uations. However, to understand the laws and relation between human capital and economic development fully will help to break the barriers in the development of the economy. Among the types of human capital, pay special atten-tion to the boost of the heterogeneity of human capital on regional economic. By using the grey correlation analysis method, constructing the correlation and coupling model of the human capital and regional economy, using the re-lated evaluation index and data, to analyze the coupled correlation between heterogeneity of human capital and the regional economy in North China. The results showed that the heterogeneity of human capital compared with homo-geneous human capital has a greater role for regional economy;the interaction between the two systems of five prov-inces also has more obvious differences. Therefore, to realize the promotion of regional heterogeneity of human cap-ital and strengthen the mobility of regional human capital has important significance to the sustainable development of regional economy in North China.关键词
