新疆环境治理投资效率及其影响因素--基于DEA-Tobit模型的实证分析
An Empirical Study on the Environmental Governance Investment Efficiency of Xinjiang and Its Influencing Factors-Based on the DEA-TOBIT Model
摘要
Abstract
This paper applies DEA model to measure the environmental governance investment efficiency of Xinjiang between 2000 and 2014 , and by using the TOBIT model to explore the main factors influencing the environmental governance investment efficiency of Xinjiang. The result shows that the comprehensive technical efficiency of the en-vironmental governance investment efficiency in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2014 is low, the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency need to rise. In the influence factors of efficiency, the level of economy development has signif-icant positive influence on the environmental governance investment efficiency, while the citizen environmental pro-tection consciousness, the intensity of environmental protection all have a negative relationship with the environmen-tal governance investment efficiency, the other influential factors have not passed the test of significance. In view of this, basing on the environmental governance investment efficiency status of Xinjiang and its influence factors, this paper puts forward some effective suggestions to enhance the efficiency of environmental governance investment of Xinjiang.关键词
