社会保险费的工作时间效应--来自CHNS的经验证据
Research on the Work-time Effect of Social Insurance-Evidence from CHNS Data

Abstract
The average working time of labors in China is above mandatory standard. The increase of social insurance contribution's influence towards work-time of labors is researched by using CHNS data. The regression results show:labor's work-time significantly adds 1. 76 hours average because of the increase of social insurance, while the work-time of the low income labor and manual labor adds 2. 27 hours and 3. 03 hours respectively. In addition, the in-crease of social insurance contribution in the eastern region has more positive effects on work-time than the middle and western parts. What 's more, the increase of social insurance contribution has a significant positive effect on work-time when the adjustment gap between minimum social security payment base and minimum wage is less than 10%. In order to reduce the work-time effect of social insurance contribution, canceling or lowering the social se-curity payment base, or trying not to increase the minimum social security payment base and minimum wage syn-chronically may have to be done.关键词
