Abstract
The job design is an important way to adjust and optimize the organization structure in order to adapt to the changes of environment. The traditional job design is carried out from the perspective of organization but the emer-gence of job crafting is to look at the job design from the perspective of staff. Based on the work characteristic mod-el and the three dimensional modes, this paper analyses the job design from the perspective of organization and em-ployee, and provides a way of thinking for the organization to job design.关键词
