摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews the domestic and international research on the statutory bodies. It analyzes that the basic theory mainly focus on the development history, characteristics, and effects of the statutory bodies. The prac-tical research focus on the existing problems and the solutions. Points out that the current studies have some imper-fections in the systematic theory, research methods, and the research on effect evaluation.关键词
