小型低速风洞洞体结构设计研究
Study on Structure Design of Mini Car Wind-Tunnel
摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate aerodynamic performances of external projections of car body and small proportion clay modeling for automobile prototypes,this study designed a low-speed and open-circuit small wind-tunnel with the visualization of the flow field.The designed tunnel used a centrifugal blower to accelerate air flow and the air speed in the test section of the wind tunnel was 120 km/h.The structural style of the mini wind-tunnel was selected,the calculation methods on the structural sizes of each section were given,and the determination methods on the blower flow rate and the motor power were determined.The shape and sizes of the curve of contraction section were obtained,and the full structure of the wind-tunnel body was completed.The design established a 3D solid model with UG,and process of air through the tunnel was simulated using Ansys CFX program.The simulation results showed that the mini wind-tunnel can form stable airflow in the test section to simulate the air around external projections of car body and small scale model,meanwhile,the top air speed in the test section reached the destination.It was concluded that design scheme of mini wind-tunnel structure was feasible.关键词
