摘要
Abstract
Amplifying the flanking sequence of genes plays an important role in molecular biology research. Until so far,the methods used to clone flanking sequence can been categorized into three groups :I-PCR,LA-PCR and TAIL-PCR. This paper briefly introduces the principle and present applications of these methods,which provides basis for researchers to choose more reliable and reasonable method.关键词
