针刺配合电针治疗脑卒中后强哭强笑的疗效观察
Observation on the curative effect of acupuncture combined with electro acupuncture treatment of post stroke pathological laughing and crying

Abstract
Objective] To evaluate clinical efficacy of electro acupuncture therapy in the treatment of post stroke pathological laughing and crying, by using electro acupuncture therapy in treating stroke pathological laughing and crying (PLC), patients mental state examination (MMSE), social behavior skills (BBS), daily life function (ADL), Hamilton depression rating table (HAMD) assessment and serum 5-HT concentration changes were observed before and after treatment. [Methods] The 60 cases of patients with post stroke PLC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. At the same time, the treatment group was treated with electro acupuncture, while the control group was treated with Western medicine. A week is as one treatment course, and two groups were treated with 3 courses. Before and after treatment, the concentration of MMSE, BBS, ADL, HAMD and 5-HT of the two groups were measured, and the results were statistically analyzed. [Results] The MMSE, BBS, ADL, HAMD and 5-HT concentrations of patients between the groups after treatment were statistically significant differences (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and the curative effect between the groups were also statistically significant differences (P<0.01). [Conclusion] Electro acupuncture therapy can significantly improve after stroke PLC with mental state, social behavior ability, daily life function, emotional changes and the concentration of 5-HT, and the curative effect is better than that of traditional Western medicine treatment.关键词
