清肺消炎丸对肺心病患者免疫功能影响的临床研究
Observation on the influence of Qingfei Xiaoyan Wan on immune function patients with pulmonary heart disease

Abstract
Objective] To analysis the influence of Qingfei Xiaoyan Wan on immune function patients with pulmonary heart disease after acute infection. [Methods] The 120 patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. One group accepted standard medical therapy, the other group accepted standard treatment with Qingfei Xiaoyan Wan. Immune function was detected after 14 days separately. [Results] There was no statistical difference in the serum immunoglobulin, complement content, T-lymphocyte subsets between two groups before treatment (P>0.05). There was no statistical difference in serum immunoglobulin and complement content between standard medical therapy group and Qingfei Xiaoyan wan therapy group after treatment (P>0.05), while CD4+cell ratio, CD4+/CD8+ratio and percentage of total T cells were significantly increased in Qingfei Xiaoyan Wan therapy group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Qingfei Xiaoyan Wan can improve CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ratio. It is inferred that Qingfei Xiaoyan Wan has some immunomodulatory effect in patients with pulmonary heart disease after acute infection.关键词
