海桐伸筋透骨汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察
Clinical observation of knee osteoarthritis treated by Haitong Shenjin Tougu decoction

Abstract
Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of Haitong Shenjin Tougu decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis. [Methods] One hundred and eighteen patients entered a randomized controlled study for five weeks. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 59 cases in each group. Treatment group received Haitong Shenjin Tougu decoction and Sodium hyaluronate, control group received Sodium hyaluronate. Change of clinical effect, Lequesne and VAS score was observed after treatment. [Results] Total effective rate was 74.6%in control group and 95%in treatment group. Total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). VAS score and Lequesne index and the improvement of symptoms scores in treatment group was significantly better than control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Haitong Shenjin Tougu decoction has a significant effect in treating prophase or metaphase knee osteoarthritis. Integrative of Chinese and Western medicine therapy for knee osteoarthritis has obvious advantages.关键词
