摘要

Abstract

Objective] Applied with echocardiography to observe the heart function change of heart Qi deficiency mice and evaluate the effect of Qipo Shengmai granules. [Methods] The model of heart Qi deficiency in mice was established by the method of controlling food, forced swimming and given large dose of propranolol. Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, positive control group and Qipo Shengmai granules high/medium/low dose group. After 14 days of administration, the changes of cardiac function refers to LVIDs, LVIDd, LVPWd, LVPWs, IVSd, IVSs, LVEDV, LVESV, EF, FS, in mice were determined. [Results] Compared with the model group and positive control group, the cardiac function of model group was significantly decreased. Compared with the positive control group, Qipo Shengmai granules high/medium dose group heart function improved significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). [Conclusion] Qipo Shengmai granules improves cardiac function in heart Qi deficiency mice.
