摘要

Abstract

Iron oxide with large sulfur capacity,high efficiency and mechanic strength has been regarded as a promising desulfurization sorbent to remove hydrogen sulfide from high tem-perature coal gas.The effects of O2 concentration and regeneration temperature on the regenera-tion behavior of iron oxide desulfurization sorbent were investigated with a fixed bed reactor.The results show that the experimental data of regeneration kinetics for iron oxide desulfurization sor-bent can be well fitted by the equivalent particle model.The model parameters and equation of re-generation kinetics for iron oxide desulfurization sorbent were obtained by combining equivalent particle model with physical parameters.A comparison of two-stage reaction rate in regeneration process indicates that the diffusion process is main controlling step in regeneration process for i-ron oxide desulfurization sorbent.
