碱溶液处理对褐煤含氧基团及其水分吸附行为的影响
Effect of Alkali Treatment on Oxygen-containing Groups and the Moisture Re-adsorption Behavior of Lignite

Abstract
In this paper,Shengli lignite as a research object,was treated with alkali solution. Chemical titration method was used to determine the content of oxygen-containing groups in the lignite after treatment,and the relationship between oxygen-containing groups and moisture re-adsorption of lignite was also investigated.The results show that there are many acidic oxygen-containing groups,of which phenolic hydroxyl dominates.The content of carboxylate is more than that of carboxyl,and carbonyl exists at a certain proportion.Alkaline solution can effectively change the content of acidic oxygen-containing groups in lignite.The acidic oxygen-containing groups dissociate when the lignite is treated with alkaline solution,and with increasing pH value of alkaline solution,the acidic oxygen groups dissociate more greatly.The hydrophilicity of lig-nite weakens after alkaline solution treatment owing to the decrease of oxygen-containing groups, which results in a slow adsorption rate and reduced adsorption content of moisture.On the basis of the change trend of two kinds of oxygen-containing groups and its influence on the moisture re-adsorption,the difference about adsorption mechanism of different treatment samples was predic-ted.The adsorbed water molecules around per carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyl for saturated ad-sorption was approximately 1/4 and 2,respectively,and for the coal sample in the experiment the binding energy between carboxyl and water molecules was eight times that between phenolic hy-droxyl and water molecules.关键词
