异养脱氮除硫菌株的筛选与条件优化
Screening and Operation Condition Optimization of Heterotrophic Strains for Removal of Nitrogen and Sulfur

Abstract
In this paper,after separation and purification of nitrogen and sulfur removal strains seven strains were obtained from the trickling bio-filter of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia removal,through the analysis on their morphological characteristics and biochemical reaction,it can be concluded that Y1 and Y4 strains were Micrococcus,Y2 was Microbacterium,Y3,Y5 and Y7 were Pseudomonas and Y6 was Paracoccus.Y3 had a better performance in removal of sulfur and nitrogen than others at 30 ℃,initial pH value 7.0,inoculation rate 10%,rotating speed 150 r/min,initial S2 - concentration 2mmol/L,and initial NH +4 -N concentration 200 mg/L.The influ-ence order for removal efficiency in desulphurization was pH> temperature> inoculum concen-tration>initial NH +4 -N concentration > initial S2 - concentration > rotate speed,the sulfur re-moval efficiency reached 94.98%;the influence order for removal efficiency in denitrification was inoculum concentration> temperature> rotate speed> initial S2 - concentration> pH > initial NH +4 -N concentration,the removal efficiency of nitrogen reached 86.45%.According to above results,Y3 strain had good removal efficiency of nitrogen and sulfur,which can provide experi-mental basis for the application of deodorization technology.关键词
