煤矸石混凝土预制墙板的板型设计与试验研究
The Pattern Design and Experimental Study on Prefabricated Wallboard of Coal Gangue

Abstract
In this paper,the wallboard of fabricated steel structure house was taken as a start point,and three filling materials including non-spontaneous combustion coal gangue concrete, spontaneous combustion coal gangue concrete and ceramsite concrete were adopted to conduct the pattern design and theoretical calculation of coal gangue prefabricated panel,and to carry out the mechanical property test of coal gangue wallboard.According to requested mechanical property of steel structure house wallboard,9 groups of solid wallboard test specimen and 4 groups of hollow wallboard test specimen were comparatively analyzed.The wallboard width for steel structure house is 3,4.5,6,and 7.5 meters.In accordance with engineering practice,it is more reasonable for the wallboard width of 6 and 7.5 meters to be set as continuous support of storey.The re-search results of this paper make reference for resource utilization of coal gangue in steel structure house.关键词
