中低能H+,He2+在Si,Fe,Au固体靶中核能损的计算
Calculation of the nuclear energy loss of H +,He2+ ions in solid target of Si,Fe and Au with low and intermediate energy
摘要
Abstract
Using Coulomb scattering formula, the expression of nuclear energy loss of light ions in material with low energy is given,through calculating recoil energy of collisions between ions and atoms. The nuclear energy loss of H + , He2 + ion in Si,Fe and Au target is calculated in the energy rang of 10 keV~10 MeV.The results show that the nuclear energy loss increases with increasing of the target atomic number,and decreases with increasing of the ion energy. The calculated results are in good agreement with that calculated by SRIM 2008.关键词
