白菜型油菜RAV基因的克隆及表达分析
Cloning and expression analysis of transcription factor RAV from Brasserie campestris
摘要
Abstract
The sequences of RAV gene from Brassica campestris is obtained by RACE method based on the RAV factor sequence of Arabidopsis thaliana ,the full-length cDNA of RAV is 1036 bp,containing a 5′-UTR of 109 bp,a 3′-UTR of 171 bp,and a 1026 bp opening reading frame.The deduced protein is 341 amino acids with molecular weight 38.03 u and isoelectric point 9.2.The transcription factor of RAV contains two distinct DNA domains,one AP2 domain together with one B3 domain.Comparison of amino acid sequences and phylogenetic analysis indicates that this gene has high identities with Arabidopsis thaliana (88.0%). qRT-PCR results indicates that RAV is induced by cold and NaCl. It shows the expression of the RAV plays an important role during abiotic stress in Brasserie campestris .关键词
