Abstract
Objective:To discuss the good ovarian stimulation protocols for hypovaria patients who undergone IVF/ICSI-ET treatment. Methods:A total of 302 DOR patients treated with fertilization and embryo transfer ( IVF-ET) in vitro were selected. The micro -stimulation ( group A,98 cycles) ,the luteal phase ovulation induction ( group B,62 cycles) and the ultra-short protocol of GnRH-a( group C,142 cycles) were performed respectively for ovulation pro-moting. The general characteristics,cycle cancellation rate,duration of gonadotropin(Gn),the serum luteinizing hormone(LH),the serum estradiol(E2) level,the endometrial thickness on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin ( hCG) administration,the oocytes number,the fertili-zation rate,the good quality embryo rate and the clinical pregnancy rate were observed and com-pared among three groups. Result:The cycle cancellation rate in the group A were significantly higher than those in the group B and group C ( P<0 . 05 ) . The duration of Gn in the group A were significantly shorter than those in the group B and C,and the duration in the group C was significantly longer than that in the group B ( P<0 . 05 ) . The endometrial thickness in the group A on the day of hCG administration was significantly lower than that in the group B and C,but there were no significant differences. The serum E2 level on the day of hCG administrationn and the oocytes number in the group A was significantly lower than that in the group B and C,and the serum LH level on the day of hCG administrationn in the group C was significantly lower than that in the group A and B ( P<0 . 05 ) . There were no significant differences in the general characteristics,the fertilization rate,the good quality embryo rate and the clinical pregnancy rate among three groups. Conclusion:GnRH-a ultra-short protocol is a good ovarian stimulation method for hypovaria patients,while luteal phase ovulation induction is a new and effective o-varian stimulation protocol.关键词
