摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of progestin-primed ovarian stimulation on luteinizing hormone( LH) and the efficacy of ovulation induction in patients with poor ovari-an response. Methods:100 patients with poor ovarian response were divided into two groups. In observation group (50 patients) ,medroxyprogesterone and menotrophin were applied for ovula-tion induction. While ultra-short program was used in control group. LH level in observation group was recorded. And aim to test retrieved oocyte number,mature oocytes,high quality em-bryo number and pregnancy rate following FET etc. Results:No peak value of LH was found in observation group. There was no significant difference of retrieved oocyte number, mature oo-cytes,fertilization number and pregnancy rate following FET between two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusion:Progestin-primed ovarian stimulation could significantly inhibit the peak value of LH,and served as a good alternative in patients with poor ovarian response.关键词
