天山地区水汽再循环量化研究
Quantifying Recycled Moisture Fraction in Precipitation of Tianshan Mountains

Abstract
This paper investigated the quantifying recycled moisture fraction in precipitation of Tianshan Mountain, China. The precipitation isotopic data were collected from Urumqi stations and analyzed by the Brubaker model and isotopic equilibrium model. Terrestrial moisture recycling by evapotranspiration has recently been recognised as an important source of precipitation that can be characterised by its isotopic composition and water mass balance equation. The results showed that the precipitation recycling ratio is 9.32% by the Brubaker model in Tianshan Mountain, and the annual average is 8% in Urumqi region using the isotopic equilibrium model. The precipitation recycling ratio is declined with elevation, and approximates to zero above 2000 m. In arid and semi-arid regions, the contribution of transpiration by plants to local moisture recycling can be small, so that evaporation by bare soil and surface water bodies dominates. The article includes a discussion of these findings in the context of water cycling in the studied region.关键词
