新媒体时代在线评论的前因与后效研究
A Study on the Antecedents and Aftereffects of Online Comments in the Era of New Media
摘要
Abstract
In the era of new media,online comments have become the important information sources which impact on the decision-making of consumer purchasing and enterprise marketing.In fact,their practi-cal application and theoretical research are widely concerned.Based on the core collection of the database in the Web of ScienceTM and the relevant literature in CNKI during 2008-2015,this paper found out that the research contents mainly focus on the antecedents which influence the serviceability of online comments, and the aftereffects which influence the willingness of consumer purchase and products sales.The busines-ses involved in the research are relatively less.In general,the research of online comments is still in the ini-tial stage,and the universality and thoroughness need to be further improved.关键词
