On the History,Predicament and Enlightenment of Higher Engineering Education in the BRIC Country India
摘要
Abstract
As one of the BRIC countries,India's higher engineering education has made remarkable achieve-ments with seven leading polytechnics.However,this developmental type of"Great Leap Forward"also makes it face numerous difficulties,and influenced its overall quality.As the member of developing country,it's necessary for China to learn the experiences and draw the lessons from India on the development of higher engineering education to deepen the reform from the aspects of financial support,personnel management,incentive mechanism and quality evaluation on the basis of the cultivation of"excellent engineers".关键词
