电信业务规模效应的再认识和探讨OA
Recognition and Discussion on Economies of Scale in Telecom Industry
针对电信运营企业增量不增收或量收均低增长的局面，通过简要地重温经济规模效应的理论和评价方法，对移动业务、移动增值业务、光纤宽带业务和IDC业务如何发挥规模效应进行了初评，并分析了GOTA业务、小区光纤宽带等几个具体业务如何发挥出规模效应，最后对发挥电信业务规模效应的几个原则进行了探讨。通过分析，指出在经营过程中应尊重电信行业具有规模效益性这一客观规律，科学决策，合理运营。
