摘要
Abstract
Targeting telecom operator’s problem of low or even no revenue increase with large or small increase of quantity, this article briefly reviewed the economic theory and the evaluation method of economies of scale first, then primarily commented on its application on mobile services, value-added services, optical ifber broadband services and IDC services; furthermore, its application on several speciifc services such as GOTA services and cell optical fiber broadband was analyzed, and finally principles of application was discussed. Through analysis this paper states out that economies of scale theory in the telecom industry should be followed as an objective rule in decision making and network operating.关键词
