Abstract
Nowadays, data traffic revenue has become a new growth point of the operator's business income. This paper analyzed problems of traffic management of domestic operators, and put forward that under the background of mobile Internet era, telecom operators should extend content service, build the intelligent pipeline, carry out a full channel marketing, implement lfexible billing methods, etc., to achieve win-win on trafifc scale and income.关键词
