Abstract
A cell PCI planning algorithm based on graph algorithm and genetic algorithm was introduced in this paper to solve the problems of dififculties in boundary adaption and improving mod-3 interferences in LTE cell PCI planning. A new cell interference relation matrix was constructed using data collected from drive test and network operation. The PCI planning was ifned to the cell level. The PCI re-planning was constrained by four dimensions which are mod-3 interference, reuse distance, reuse layers and collision avoidance. In this way, an optimal PCI planning was carried out. The data of LTE network operation in a country-level city was analyzed. The result of PCI re-planning was estimated. By carrying out the PCI planning scheme and assessment, the accuracy and practicability of the algorithm was veriifed.关键词
